From Service to Sales to Finance to Delivery class act! I bought my first car from Del in December 2003, the Rav is the 3rd car I have purchased from them. Each buying experience was pleasant. After leaving the dealership and before making my decision, I called Don 3 or 4 times. He never made me feel like I was a nuisance and gave me the answers I needed in a matter of minutes. Angel was just that, an angel. All the paper work was not finished until after 9pm, she waited to give me the Rav4 Hybrid 101 course, patiently explaining the features, all new to me. It was late and I was tired but she explained things so I could understand. She has reassured me that I was free to stop by any time with questions. I have an appointment with her next week for an over all review of the car. Thank you Angel. The Service Dept as well is exception keeping waiting times to a minimum and keeping me up to date on the progress. Most important their patience explaining things. More

Bought a truck from Al Like the title says. Al was easy to deal with and didn't do the typical pressure sales bs telling me what a diamond in the rough that truck was. He Like the title says. Angel did my walk through on the new truck and was great as well. Sean in finance was great as well. No pressure and guilt trip bs if you weren't interested in something he was offering. He was also quite fast with the paperwork which was a nice change from previous experiences of waiting hours on paperwork and then spending another hour in the finance office. Good price, good people, good service, and reasonably fast transaction. What else do you want? Highly recommended. More

My wife and I had similar needs in our next car but were torn between two vehicles, to which Martin was extremely helpful in going through all the options and differences between the two models. He answered all of our questions on the vehicles, (not only from us, but from our three kids as well) which made it much easier for us to come to an agreement at the end on which vehicle was right for our family.
