No High Pressure, No Frustrating Surprises We hadn't bought a brand-new car in some 15 years, sticking with used and pre-owned vehicles in New Jersey before retiring to Florida in late 2017. I We hadn't bought a brand-new car in some 15 years, sticking with used and pre-owned vehicles in New Jersey before retiring to Florida in late 2017. I remember some horrendous experiences with NJ car dealerships. Buying the 2020 Buick Encore GX Select at Delray Buick GMC was an efficient, pleasurable, and calm car-buying experience with no high-pressure sales tactics. Gregory Hathhorn, the salesman, promised "no surprises" early on in the rather fast three-day process from initial contact to car delivery, and he kept his word. The way he walked both myself and my wife through the Encore's finer points was superb. Jordan Schear, the sales manager, was receptive and accommodating to all financing questions we had and came up a bit on our trade-in and other discounts to arrive at the payment I said I wanted. I'll certainly consider going back to Delray Buick GMC for our future car-buying needs. More
