Bought for the package, sold on the service! I started my search for a new vehicle at Mazda about three months ago. He walked me through all packages I was eligible for and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. He was patient yet kept in touch with me as I moved along my slow car-buying process. I did explore other dealerships after our first meeting, but couldn't shake how much I liked the CX-5 and the comfort I felt buying from Don and Classic Mazda of Denton. I feel like I received the best deal for my investment, and enjoyed every minute of my buying experience. When we arrived to pick up the car, they had it washed and ready sitting on the showroom floor. The purchase itself was seamless. They were upfront and honest about pricing. We discussed numbers prior to arrival, and they kept their word and honored the price. They didn't try to use shady dealer add ons to increase the cost of the car at the last minute either as we experienced at other dealerships. Great people and no pressure. We first walked in 2 months before we intended to buy a car. The sales men were considerate of our request and didn't bug us about buying now. We came back a few times to test drive different vehicles and decided on the CX-5. The finance dept was also great and was able to work out an awesome deal with our current bank. We were able to get everything we wanted in the vehicle at a price we could afford. Finance guy was named Don but not sure of the last name. More
