The customer service was good. The service was not so good. Miss diagnosed cracked differential. Had the fuel injector replaced and when it was put back together the intake Temp se The service was not so good. Miss diagnosed cracked differential. Had the fuel injector replaced and when it was put back together the intake Temp sensor was not completely plugged in. After driving it a couple times the check engine light came on. Took it to an auto repair shop. they diagnose The code was the intake temperature sensor was faulty. I looked around the intake, manifold tube and found the temperature sensor, not plugged in that cause the check engine light to come on. When technician is complete with their job and service to a part all components need to be double check to make sure they’re not still unplugged. had a transmission service done and what I could see is the technician did not remove or do any cleanup of the transmission fluid, dripping all over the crossmembers or clean up of any extra oil splatter underneath the vehicle. Transmission fluid is still leaking off the undercarriage of the vehicle to this day workmanship is unacceptable. More

My car had a strange knock coming from the rear of the car. It was very sporaitic and short lived. The mechanic spent all day trying to locate it. Unfortunately, he could not find it.
