I reached out to Kevin in the service department with a very simple but important question about my car: “If I keep driving it for another week, will it make the problem worse?” I expected at least some gu very simple but important question about my car: “If I keep driving it for another week, will it make the problem worse?” I expected at least some guidance, but I didn’t hear back for five days (from August 26th to September 3rd). When I finally did get a reply, it wasn’t about my concern at all, it was just about filling out this survey. My original question was completely ignored. Well, here's the survey he asked for. I'd give him zero star if I could. This lack of communication and failure to address a direct safety related concern of a car is unacceptable. When customers ask about potential damage to their vehicle, they deserve a timely and relevant answer, even a few words will do, not silence followed by a generic survey request. More
