John was amazing! When he called to tell me about the car I inquired about, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. John had everything ready when I arrived and made the whole process quick and easy. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Worst service ever. I paid for a service that included tire rotation. Got a call from the service advisor that my car was ready to pick up. Went to pick up my car an I paid for a service that included tire rotation. Got a call from the service advisor that my car was ready to pick up. Went to pick up my car and paid only to go look at my car and discover that the tire rotation wasn’t done and no one was going to tell me about it. It was a combination that the yr h did not put proper notes on his service and the service manager doing a xxxx poor job of not communicating at all with me. I could go on about other issues such as trying to get ahold of the service manager via phone and not getting a call back and the people that managed the phone were terrible but I made an appointment with the app but the service advisor put a different service down. Total xxxx show. This is my 2nd visit at this dealership for service after buying my car there and both visits were an awful experience. I will not be returning and will take my business to another Volkswagen dealership in the future. More
