The overall experience with sales was excellent - easy to understand and great service. Finance (w/ Erin) was also a great experience, as she explained the pricing well. Two items for feedback: 1) The time to wait between sales and finance was about 30-45m, and 2) I think sales should share the info about service options (and pricing) at the time of sales - not during financing. Seeing an extra $7-8K AFTER you are already invested in the sales downgraded the buying experience. More

We worked with Anastasia in a same day apt for a test drive which ended up being 6 test drives while we found the vehicle we were happy with.
