Friendly staff but realized after the fact, when it was too late, and we are stuck with this car, it did not have safety features we needed. The dealer never showed us the original sticker, another dealer too late, and we are stuck with this car, it did not have safety features we needed. The dealer never showed us the original sticker, another dealer was able to, the dash has check boxes for features not on the car, and the quick reference guide in the glove box also mentions features not on the car we bought. I was very specific and mentioned several times I wanted alerts for my teen driver. Should have just bought an S for what we got. Have purchased Mercedes, Lexus and Toyota in the past and this has never happened. I work in the Ford Motor Co. lemon law litigation department and appreciate you have to know what you are buying however with names such as “front assist,” and “pedestrian monitoring,” etc. it is very misleading. This feature does not “monitor” or alert for pedestrians. You would have to practically, or actually, run someone over going at a high rate of speed, not pedestrian crossing speed, for this feature to help at all. Kindly REMOVE check boxes from cars that don’t have that feature. Educate your dealers more too. I actually took the car in thinking my sensors were broken. The servicing dealer (a different than where we night the car) also thought the car should alert based on VIN search, and took the car in for repair and wasted my time. They were understandably also confused about what alerts my car should have. Extremely disappointed. More

I rate Service Consultant Good; but Not happy that problem was not fixed. Now I have to leave car for 2 days, so they can find reason why car suddenly turns off while driving.
