I have always had a positive experience with the people in the service department and have no complaints. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is in regards to the woman who answers the phone and works t in the service department and have no complaints. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is in regards to the woman who answers the phone and works the desk where you pick up your keys and paperwork at the very end. Why did they charge my wife $50 to rotate tires when they had to remove tires anyways to inspect the brakes.
