Good location, nice amenities, quick service, friendly staff. New wiper blades were suggested and I agreed. I thought it would have been a nice personal touch to wash the windshield. Waited all day, really! Surprised with last service I was able to clearly describe two problems I am having 1) unusual noise coming from front suspension area, and 2) loud "breaking" noise after letting I was able to clearly describe two problems I am having 1) unusual noise coming from front suspension area, and 2) loud "breaking" noise after letting the car sit overnight or a workday after a car wash. For item 1, I was told this noise is normal. Well, I just did some research and it appears there are several things that could cause this noise. A lot of Golf R owners reported the same exact symptom I did and many, if not all, have had their problems fixed. I am happy to provide the research I did, as I want to get any repairs done while the car is under warranty. For item 2, my Customer Agent very clearly documented how I was able to replicated this problem but I was told they did not follow the same process, therefore they were not able to replicate the problem. I feel like this time was wasted, and now I have to bring it in again because both problems are still there. I hope there is someone there who will be able to confirm and fix these problems. I have been going here since 1995 and have been very happy, so this is hard for me to write this. Thank you, Bryan More
