There were a f Pinged a number of regional dealerships and right out of the gate, Dirito Brothers was one of two dealerships with competitive pricing. There were a few dealerships outside of the region that offered better pricing but can't really compare the Bay Area to national prices. With that said, Oscar was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was quick with his responses and they were all done above board, through their DealerSocket system. No games, just clear pricing. With the price prenegotiated, my wife and I went to the dealership after work to sign papers and pick up the car. The only dings were that it took quite a while for the finance department to get the paperwork together, but at least they weren't overly pushy selling us on the add-ons. In addition, we picked up the car with 77 miles on the odometer which was a little high but not totally abnormal. There was a blue pen mark on one of the seats, but I figure I'll be able to remove it on my own. But with the focus back on Oscar, he was extremely friendly, courteous and took his time with us including proactively setting up our phones on the infotainment system and making sure everything was to our liking before we took off. Overall, it was a good experience and I've made it a point to send anyone looking for a VW to Dirito Bros. If I'm in the market for another VW in the future, I'll ping Oscar at Dirito right away. Looking forward to getting the car serviced there in the future. Given all the Yelp reviews, it sounds like it would be worth a trip back to Walnut Creek and skipping the few nearby dealerships. More
