Our first time with Don Ayers My wife and I are downsizing from our mini-van. We had a compact SUV in mind and decided on hitting up Don Ayers for our test drives. My brother in law is good friends with Kevin Cappelli in maintenance, and had heard only positives about the sales department. We ran into Caleb upon arrival and spent the remainder of the day with him. We are NOT fond of pushy salespeople and really don’t enjoy bartering or haggling over price. Caleb was excellent for us. He talked, told stories, and most of all, was extremely knowledgeable of every car we drove. Not finding exactly what we wanted in the used car department, Caleb warned us that if we drive the 2018 CR-V, we will probably end up buying it (based on what we were looking for). He was right, it was exactly what we were looking for (and on sale!). We went home very pleased with the service we experienced at Don Ayers. More

Cleveland and Cody listened to my concerns and showed me a few vehicles that were the best fit. Turns out the most perfect vehicle for my needs was on the lot that day, being offered at a fair price. I was particularly impressed with the value that they assigned to my trade-in — the exact amount that I was hoping to receive. I believe it was a very fair and honest transaction. Unfortunately, the day after I purchased the vehicle, I discovered that the battery was unable to hold a charge. I contacted Cody, who responded right away, and arranged to have the battery replaced the next business day. Despite the slight hiccup, they were very responsive and accommodating. Most importantly, I’m very pleased with my new vehicle, which perfectly fits my needs! Thanks, guys! More
