Painless car buying Let me preface this review by saying I work for a large and well known used car dealership in town and I went to Don Ayres because of their vehicle se Let me preface this review by saying I work for a large and well known used car dealership in town and I went to Don Ayres because of their vehicle selection. I jumped online out of curiosity to see what used vehicles were available and this beautiful white Civic came up. I called the store and asked for Mason Luce. Two days later I took her on a test drive and three days later there was a sold sign in the window. The whole car buying process was smooth. I was a little anxious because it was my first time buying a vehicle without a co-signer and going through the whole process entirely on my own, but it was so easy that my anxiety just disapated as we went through the process. Mason explained things clearly, answered all my questions, and was super easy to work with. The finance manager, Shannon was also easy to work with and explained everything clearly. Everybody I worked with was accommodating, Mason let me know that other people were looking at the vehicle and not let the car slip through my fingers, and they gave me more on my trade in than I ever expected. I’m SO happy with my new car and I can’t stop telling people about her or the service. I can’t recommend Don Ayres or Mason enough. More
