Best Salesman Experience This was our 2nd car purchase in a year. The first time we stepped into the "car buying" process we were not having any luck with dealership's or sale This was our 2nd car purchase in a year. The first time we stepped into the "car buying" process we were not having any luck with dealership's or salesmen. They were rude and did not take us seriously based on our age. However, that all changed when we stepped on the lot at Don Ayres. It was late, around 7:45 p.m. and they closed at 8:00. Shawn came out to greet us, and offered to let us test drive a civic. We were shocked because at other dealerships they were even ruder near closing time. Long story short, Shawn stayed with us thru a job change, and the time we wanted to wait for the new civic body style. He was amazing thru all our questions and concerns. So when the time came for our 2nd car purchase, it was even easier to tell him what we wanted (car/price wise) and he made this process even easier than the first. Which I did not think was possible. We will not be going anywhere else but Don Ayres. They treat you with respect, and above all that is what matters. Thank you Shawn and Don Ayres!! More

Replace a recalled part Ron called me to schedule an appointment for a recalled part. When i came in on the scheduled time, the part was replaced very quickly and I was out o Ron called me to schedule an appointment for a recalled part. Great Service Department!!! Unfortunately my radiator, on my Honda Accord, got a hole in it and I was left on the side of the road one morning. Chuck has also been the family service guy when my wife brings in our Honda Odyssey. He does an excellent job looking out for our needs and taking care of our vehicle! We can always feel confident that our vehicles are being taken care and we are not being taken advantage of. More
