We arrived early and Zack was ready for us. Everything about our experience was favorable and exceed my daughter's as well as my expectations. Zack's focus was on my daughter and not me. He guided her through the buying process, and what few questions she had...........he answered. He wasn't pushy and was extremely patient throughout the entire buying. Carlos was pleasant and professional as well. There were some great deal on financing, and we took full advantage of that. My daughter left feeling really good about her purchase and had no buyers regret. I felt good about the experience as well. More
