He is the warmest and the most capable service technician I have ever encountered: knowledgeable, up-to-date training, professional, and personal. Doug Settle is master Service Manager, without a doubt the most competent person in my 30 years of experience. He expects excellent performance from his team. It is obvious that he is respected for his professional and personal interest in his employees and those whom he serves as customers. My deceased wife was an enthusiastic and satisfied customer and considered Dave Steenport to be the person we would miss the most if we ever relocated. Two of my three daughters are Don Ayres Honda owners -- one lives near Atlanta, and the other in Gurnee, IL. The latter receives all of her service on her Honda ('06) from Dave Steenport through Doug Settle. Years ago I would visit various dealerships, but now when I think of a new car, I think of the Service Department and would only visit Don Ayres. Gratefully, Steve Sullivan More

First service on our 2015 CRV Touring Things went as expected on our first visit to the service department "excellent".
