JAY WAS THE PERSON THAT WROTE MY SERVICE UP,I AM ALWAYS ON THE PHONE WITH WORK. HE TOOK TIME OUT OF HIS BUSY DAY TO WALK INTO THE WAITING RO0M TO TELL ME THAT I WAS PAGED BECAUSE MY CAR WAS READY TO GO. SU ON THE PHONE WITH WORK. HE TOOK TIME OUT OF HIS BUSY DAY TO WALK INTO THE WAITING RO0M TO TELL ME THAT I WAS PAGED BECAUSE MY CAR WAS READY TO GO. SURE IS NICE TO DO BUSINESS WITH CARING PEOPLE, THAT WAS THE THIRD TIME HE HAS WAITED ON ME. IT WAS SURE A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE FOR ME. WHILE I AM HERE I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK ABOUT ANOTHER PERSON. KEVIN AND I SEEM LIKE WE ARE ALWAYS RUNNING INTO EACH OTHER AT THE DEALERSHIP. I SERVICE MY CAR EVERY THREE THOUSAND MILES AND I PUT A LOT OF MILES ON MY CAR IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. SO I AM ALWAYS AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR A SERVICE AND THE ITEMS THAT GO ALONG WITH THE MILES.. EVERY TIME KEVIN SEES ME HE ALWAYS GREETS ME WITH A ( HI JOHN OR HOW ARE YOU DOING JOHN). HOW NICE IS THAT? I purchased a 2004 Acura TL in October and was disappointed with the service. I had totaled my previous car so I was in a bit of a rush to get a new one. BIG mistake. None of the salesmen knew disappointed with the service. I had totaled my previous car so I was in a bit of a rush to get a new one. BIG mistake. None of the salesmen knew anything about the car. Apparently one of the salesmen Aaron Warner was the previous owner of the car. I don't think he did any maintenance to the car except change the oil. After purchasing the car I found out the transmission fluid was completely brown and had never been changed. I bought the car with 104,000 miles on it and wasn't told it would soon need the 105k service costing around $1000. This car was not even looked at by the service department before sale. Why doesn't Don Ayers do an inspection? This car had never even had its air filter or cabin filter changed. I was laughed at when asked if the car had been detailed before selling it because it still smelled of smoke. Not to mention after purchasing the car I realized they had taken out the back floor mats and I had to buy brand new ones. Who would take these out of the car before selling? I will never recommend Don Ayers Honda to anyone for buying a car. My lesson from dealing with Don Ayers: Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. More
