Had a routine oil change done on my Accord. The staff were friendly and completed the work within the time frame that was given to me. The price is lower than anywhere else and the fact that it is a Hond were friendly and completed the work within the time frame that was given to me. The price is lower than anywhere else and the fact that it is a Honda Dealer that is completing the work puts my mind at ease knowing that it is done right and if there are any other problems discovered they will notify me. More

I had a spring break in my trunk door over the weekend. I use my car, especially my trunk, in my work as I am a courier. Jeremy ordered the part which was in the next day and Doug asked when I could get in I use my car, especially my trunk, in my work as I am a courier. Jeremy ordered the part which was in the next day and Doug asked when I could get in for it to be installed. Doug, knowing that this repair was vital for my work, got me in the first thing the next morning and got me out in 20 minutes. Truly a great response to my problem. Doug and his staff are the very best in service at Don Ayres Honda. This is not the first time my wife and I have had terrific experience in their Service Dept. Not only is Honda a great car , the service couldn't be better!! That is why we will continue to buy from and always use Honda service from Don Ayres in the future. Great people!! More

Don Ayres has the best service by far. I have been a satisfied customer of theirs since 1998 when I purchased my 1st Honda (CRV). I now own a 2006 Pilot and all my service is done by Don Ayres, I would satisfied customer of theirs since 1998 when I purchased my 1st Honda (CRV). I now own a 2006 Pilot and all my service is done by Don Ayres, I wouldn't take my vehicle any place else! I also like the fact that even for a simple oil change, they will wash my car. More

Doug Settle has provided quality service to our Honda for 14 years. He is honest and we trust his recommendations for repairs. He has even gone above and beyond repairing our other vehicle when we were ret 14 years. He is honest and we trust his recommendations for repairs. He has even gone above and beyond repairing our other vehicle when we were returning from the first Dr. appointment following hip replacement surgery. He was prompt to provide the needed repairs so we could get back home. He is the best! We will buy another Honda because of the excellent service. More
