I came in looking for the Service Department to check my Keyfob because it was not working. Mr. Charlie met me at the front entrance to the dealership and asked me if I needed help. I let him know what I wa Keyfob because it was not working. Mr. Charlie met me at the front entrance to the dealership and asked me if I needed help. I let him know what I was there for, then he said to follow him. We went into his office and he took my Keyfob and replaced the battery he got out of his desk. We went back to my car and everything worked great. I offered to pay him something for the battery and help and he said no need and that he was happy to help. Thank you Don Ringler for having such a Polite and willing to help attitude staff member. More

I have great respect for the integrity at Don Ringler Chevrolet. This is the second car we have purchased from them. The trade price was fair, as was the new vehicle price.
