I originaly had purchased my vehicle from Karz in Pulaski and Bob was my service representative. When Karz closed I ended up at Dorsch and so did Bob. It was great to see him because he knew everything about my vehicle, what we had done for service in the past and what was upcoming. I am in sales so I put on a lot of mileage. Bob knows when my vehicle is in for service it better be leaving in tip top shape. Everything needs to be looked at even if it is only in for an oil change. With the great service and knowledge I receive from Bob my 2003 Ford Explorer will be hitting the 300,000 mile mark within the next 2-3 months. I am not affraid to drive it anywhere because I know it has been taken care of. I have never received that type of mileage with any of the other vehicles I have driven. Thank You Bob!! Mary Suda More

We had originally came in to look at some used vehicles, but after some discussion on what we really wanted and needed with Cody, we decided to look at a new F-150. We used the build and buy service from Consumer Reports during this past week and chose the KIA Sedona as a van that we would like to purchase. Eric called us the next day and set up an appointment for th during this past week and chose the KIA Sedona as a van that we would like to purchase. Eric called us the next day and set up an appointment for this past Saturday. When we went to the dealership we were greeted immediately and felt welcome. Eric came out and let us look at the vehicle that we had built and had features that we asked for in our C.R. service. We then looked at two 2011 vans and another 2012, before taking the KIA Sedona out for a test drive. Eric did a fantastic job at explaining the features and options of this van. We weren't planning on trading in our 2006 Buick, but were planning on selling it ourselves. I asked Eric what our vehicle was worth as a trade-in and he came up with an offer that was within the range that we were willing to accept and we made the deal. Eric hooked up our cell phones to the Bluetooth and speakers in the van. He also programmed the radio to our favorite channels and set up some satellite radio stations. We believe that we got a good deal and the whole experience at the dealership was very pleasant and not stressful, as we have experienced at previous dealers when buying new vehicles. We told Eric that we upgrading to a van from our SUV for our grandchildren so they would have more room and not have three car seats crowded onto one seat. My wife suggested that some balloons in the showroom would really make our grandchildren happy and he asked what color. He brought out the balloons before we left and made our grandchildren really excited when they saw them attached to their car seats. Thanks for the great buying experience and highly recommend this dealership to others who are in the market for a new vehicle. More
I purchased my Ford Fusion at another Ford Dealership about 2 hours away from where I live near Green Bay. I traveled there whenever I needed something done to my vehicle, but the 2 hour drive was time-c about 2 hours away from where I live near Green Bay. I was very happy with the service I received and my Service Advisor, Bob Nuthals. I most definitely will be coming here again for any future service on my Ford Fusion. More

I live in Indian Creek Illinois, I have worked with the salesmen Dallas Brooks before. When I called him I had already been talking with other ford dealerships in the chicago area, and they all gave me a salesmen Dallas Brooks before. The Chicago area wasn't even getting close to my blue book value for my trade-in of my car. I was ready to give up and wait until my two years left to pay off on my car was up and trade it in than. I had a thought what about Dallas Brooks Dorsch Ford he sold me my other two cars why not give him a try. I call him on the telephone and told him what I wanted and gave him the information of my trade-in for my focus. Without even looking at my car he called me back and offered me the closest deal for my trade-in, even with the understanding he did say they still had to look at it to make sure this is the money they can offer me for the car. With that I got into my car the next week and went up to Green Bay Dorsch and showed him my trade-in and he was still able to honor me with the same trade-in value that he gave me over the phone. By him honoring his deal and keeping his word of what the price is for my trade-in makes the traveling of 6 hours and including a snow storm that I had to drive in worth every mile to get my new car from a great salesman Dallas Brooks. I have already tried to tell many people about Dorsch Ford and the Dependability of their great salesmen Dallas Brooks. I will keep coming back to Dorsch Ford and Dallas Brooks no matter how many miles it takes me to get there. More
