Just found out after owning my car for 8 years that I am “automatically enrolled” in the loyalty program, but have never had the $10 off per $100 spent discount BECAUSE I NEVER ASKED…uhhhhh…I definitely hav “automatically enrolled” in the loyalty program, but have never had the $10 off per $100 spent discount BECAUSE I NEVER ASKED…uhhhhh…I definitely have asked in the past, but never used the right words, I guess. Seems to me that the discount should always be automatically applied, as well. The dealership is okay, but I always seem to have some sort of weird thing happen like this. More

I started looking for a car on Dec 5 when mine died. ..I first encountered John who was informative and not at all "pushy". He listened to me and had me sit in a CRV and test drive an HRV. I came back l ..I first encountered John who was informative and not at all "pushy". He listened to me and had me sit in a CRV and test drive an HRV. I came back late December and met with Rick, another fine salesman at Honda after I had been over to the Toyota dealer to test drive a Rav4. I ended up in an HRV and my first Honda. The ride was smooth and seats were comfortable for my 110 mile RT commute. The salesman were great to deal with and as a women that has not always been my experience when the "guy" talks to your husband when YOU are actually buying the car. The experience at Dover Honda was easy and comfortable. I highly recommend the sales department and the vehicles based on my 2025 end of year experience. More
