We did buy another vehicle but service is always an issue. It is always seems to be a communication issue with service. This time we made an appointment which was confirmed a number of times by Dover Honda via e-mail. When we got there we were in a line of cars and told our appointment for an oil change and tire rotation didn't matter that we would have to wait our turn. We travel a good distance and had another appointment late afternoon so were not happy we were there an hour and 15 minutes for an appointment that took them a few minutes. We watched them. Last time we were told we could do an early inspection which we had asked about when we called and when we got there had to argue with the mechanic about it until we insisted he go check. Always annoying little things that add up. They check all the systems but never reset anything on the instrument panel . We had the low tire pressure light come on after yesterdays appointment. We checked the tire pressure and they were down a little. Thought that would have been checked when they rotated the tires or did they do something to cause the issue. I guess the main issue is no one seems to really care . Maybe busy enough so they don't think that matters. More

Paula Redden, my Honda sales representative, was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and attentive from the time of my initial inquiry to the actual purch Paula Redden, my Honda sales representative, was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and attentive from the time of my initial inquiry to the actual purchase of a 2017 Honda CRV. I traveled to Honda North, Danvers, Kelly Honda, Boston, Auto fair Honda, Manchester, Honda Barn, Stratham and Commonwealth Motors, Lawrence speaking to their sales people about both used and new Honda CRV's prior to contacting Dover Honda for their price of the vehicle I was interested in. Paula at Dover Honda was the most detailed individual I spoke to and she cares about her customers; both their happiness and their budget. Although I had already road tested a new CRV, she insisted on taking me for a test drive to review all the features the Touring model had to offer. I thought I was completely familiar with the car, but she proved otherwise. There was no indication, whatsoever, of the typical "used car mentality" at this dealership. Kudos to management for that. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here. In fact, I have already recommended both Paula and Dover Honda to my friends. More

Excellent Service - Thanks Al! After 26 years and 2 Honda Civics I was ready for an upgrade to an all-wheel drive vehicle. I told Al that I was considering other cars (Subaru, Mazd After 26 years and 2 Honda Civics I was ready for an upgrade to an all-wheel drive vehicle. I told Al that I was considering other cars (Subaru, Mazda) and was not quite ready to purchase a car on the day I visited Dover Honda to look at their vehicles. Al took his time and did an excellent job showing me both the CR-V and HR-V models and all the high-tech features they come with. I never felt pressured from Al throughout the whole car searching process. When I came back to the dealership a second time to take another look at the HR-V, Al was just as pleasant, and patient with me. When I made my decision to buy the HR-V, Al walked me through all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle and was always quick to remind me that if I have any questions/problems about the car to give him a call. He gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision, but did not pressure me into anything. I told him what I needed and what I wanted, and he gave me all of my options and let me decide. I spent a total of 3 hours at the dealership to buy a new car, over 2 days, and most of that time was me trying to decide which car I wanted. I recommend Alan to everyone and will buy from him again!
