July 8, 2026 I walked into Dover Honda unsure if I was going to be leaving with a new car, used car, a lease, or even no car. I was immediately greeted by Sales and Leasing Consultant Rick Santos who went going to be leaving with a new car, used car, a lease, or even no car. I was immediately greeted by Sales and Leasing Consultant Rick Santos who went above and beyond to ensure that I did not leave with the vehicle I drove into the parking lot with. For 2 years I was dealing with car repair(s) on the 2 cars I had during those months. This was my 3rd car (purchased used December 2025) that I basically got “stuck with” and I was quoted 8+ hours worth of work that had to be done in one visit due to the severity of all the parts needing to be replaced and quoted minimum $3K just in parts alone. It had become an unacceptable safety hazard within 7 short months. Rick and his team worked efficiently in their roles while listening to my series of unfortunate events and headaches. Polite, accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, honest etc…I can’t say enough good things about my experience there. I went to the dealership beyond fed-up with constant car repairs and I left with a new car and happy tears. Rick informed his managers of how dangerous my trade-in was and that he was very concerned and worried about my safety of driving the car even a minute longer. Rick, Tony, Sean and I’m sure others went above and beyond so I could drive home in a beautiful car that wasn’t going to fall apart if it drove over a small bump, hole, or crack in the road. I no longer have to tell people “if you turn the music up louder you can’t really hear all those terrible noises it makes while driving”. The entire experience start to finish was outstanding!! I will be recommending Dover Honda to anyone that is thinking of purchasing a new (or used) car in their near future. More

I called ahead to check on a specific Honda pilot; they took the initiative to pull it out front and have it ready for a test drive; 2 hours later I walked out keys in hand with a new Honda pilot, recon te took the initiative to pull it out front and have it ready for a test drive; 2 hours later I walked out keys in hand with a new Honda pilot, recon team could do a lot better on cleaning of windows and upholstery.
