I was very happy with Michael, but disappointed with the overall service. I had called a few days earlier (Monday) to have the oil filter at the service (as I always do) and Diana said it would be there and overall service. I had called a few days earlier (Monday) to have the oil filter at the service (as I always do) and Diana said it would be there and I told her great I would be there Wednesday morning which I was but Unfortunately, I was told it was not there and had to wait longer until it got there. That's very annoying since I made the effort to have it all ready to go. Once my car was ready and I picked it up, I realized driving that my car had not been vacuumed..very frustrating. I did text Michael my disappointment and he told me to bring it back which I did. He was the only bright spot during this disappointing service. More

My experience was very good, everything was explained to me in regards to the maintainence being performed. Also I was told what my vehicle needed in the future but wasn't PUSHED I to doing it that same day me in regards to the maintainence being performed. I dropped the car off for service at 8:45 am, was told it would take about two hours. Received a ride home. Contacted the dealership at noon and was told it was almost done, just had to finish up paperwork. would take about two hours. Received a ride home. Still hadn't heard anything more. tried calling at 5:00pm and could not reach any one in service. Called sales and was transferred to service , call went voicemail. Left a voice mail and received no response. Called sales again and was finally able to speak to some in service. I was picked up for a ride back at 5:30. No complaints with what service was provided.
