I went to Express Service at Dover Honda for my 10K service on my Honda CRV-Hybrid Sport. An extremely pleasant experience! The Service Advisor explained everything that would be done and told me the c service on my Honda CRV-Hybrid Sport. An extremely pleasant experience! The Service Advisor explained everything that would be done and told me the cost. The Service was completed in 45 minutes and the Service Advisor explained the results of the multi-point check. I appreciate the way I was treated as well as the explanations and telling me the cost ahead of time. Excellent! I'm very pleased I bought my CRV-Hybrid at Dover Honda because of the outstanding Service! More

So far for me, Cathy Smith is the best thing at Dover Honda. Excellent. Professional, responsive and easy to communicate with via email. A+. My salesman was fine.
