Sheila, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your visit left you feeling frustrated. We'd like to clarify a few details regarding your experience. During your visit, our service team inspected your tires and found that the rear tires measured approximately 2/32" of tread and the front tires were just under 5/32". Based on their condition, our recommendation was not to perform the tire rotation included in your maintenance plan, as rotating tires with this level of wear would not have been in your best interest from a safety and maintenance standpoint. Instead, we provided a quote for replacement tires and explained our recommendation. Regarding the car wash, it was unavailable at the time of your service because it was being tested and worked on by our technician. While you may have seen it operating later, it was being run as part of the repair process rather than being available for customer use. The vehicle in the car wash was the technician's van who was working on it. We apologize for any confusion this caused. We value your business and appreciate your feedback.
