They did not have a truck like I wanted on the lot, and tried to find it from another dealer, they were not going to be satisfied until I was satisfied. They searched all over Florida, and 1000-miles North but couldn't find the specific truck. So, we factory ordered it. I have to say that this purchase was absolutely the best experience we have ever had!! From the receptionist that greeted us upon our arrival to the salesman, Robert Haas we felt welcomed and valued. We all have preconceived notions in regards to car salesmen but let me tell you that Robert Hass is as honest and trustworthy as he appears. He went above and beyond to make our deal and make sure our purchase was as promised. Bob Ernstes in the finance department then took us into his office and made sure we understood everything without trying to push additional purchases. Bob was friendly and actually we enjoyed talking with him. He put us at ease and comfortable with our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to others and in fact I will be bringing a family member in a couple of months to help her with a purchase! Thank you Eagle Buick and GMC job well done. He very promptly, and politely responded to any questions or requests (i.e. texting a video operation of the vehicle's convertible roof). He is an asset to your team. And, his manager, Russ was also supportive and a reason that I purchased this vehicle from April's team. But, I did not get the impression of Robby in F&I as being as interested in my prospective purchase once I paid cash, and did not need an extended service plan contract (the vehicle still had 2 years of powertrain warranty remaining). We wanted to sell our 2nd vehicle without all the hassels that come with selling a used car.
