My sales man, was absolutely wonderful. When i looked at cars, He was there. Kind and helpful . And i ask a bunch of questions. He kept his smile. .. From the moment I went in the door I felt like royalty I was greeted by Cody Robert and Scott because I had problems with my truck. I had an appointment for a oil change on September 19 at 10:30 am. I watched the service department drive my truck around to the lot near the work area. When I came to the service counter an hour later I no 10:30 am. I watched the service department drive my truck around to the lot near the work area. 2nd trip in for no a/c on vehicle with 4600 miles. Service manager Scott and technician Andy worked on vehicle for4 days, used dye to finally find leak and replaced the part. Only problem encountered Service manager Scott and technician Andy worked on vehicle for4 days, used dye to finally find leak and replaced the part. Only problem encountered was the wheel well liner on right rear side was left bent up against the tire, rubbing same for 22 miles. Contacted Scott to advise same and then hopefully my husband and I fixed the problem Hope no residuals to the liner or tire. More
