Pleasant and professional -- great experience! I don't buy cars that often, because I keep them for 15+ years. I bought my first car in 1986 and donated her in 2001. I bought my second car in 1999 and traded her in for my new Hyundai Santa Fe just the other day. When I arrived at the Hyundai dealership, I was immediately greeted by Sales Associate Chris Dixon who spent the next hour or two educating me on all the new technology in the Santa Fe. He was patient and kind, and not at all pushy, and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He called me the next day to follow up and we agreed to meet the following day to move forward with the purchase. Even though the purchase process took almost 4 hours to complete, he was so easy to talk to that the time seemed to fly by. Sales Manager Bob Paulson was also very friendly, and Finance Manager Dean Massi was super professional when working out my financing. Overall, really great experience, and I'll be back. I just hope the dealership is still around in the next 15 years! :) More
A really great deareship I was a loyal Cadillac owner for over twenty five years. I have owned all of the top end of GM including Corvette, Cadillac XLR, and xxx Northstar Spo I was a loyal Cadillac owner for over twenty five years. I have owned all of the top end of GM including Corvette, Cadillac XLR, and xxx Northstar Sport model and Allante. I have all the features room and comfort of my prior vehicles with better service and warranty than I ever experienced with Cadillac at any dealer in the Valley. And all at about half the price that I paid for the GM vehicles. This is my third Purchase of a sonata Turbo and I have over 55000 miles driven on the prior two and have not had an issue of any sort. just change the oil, and go down the road at ten MPH over the speed limit and at thirty plus miles per gallon on every trip. the vehicles hands ice and snow with ease, which I could not say for the Last two Cadillacs. Especially the xxx, which was worthless in inclement weather. More

Run away while you still can. At first everything was awesome. Everything was very easy and quickly found the car I wanted at the right price. Litterally the least ammount of paperwork I have ever seen at a dealership. Less then 100 miles later, my 3 year old car died on the freeway. Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale towed it in and provided a loaner car. A few days later when service dept came back from the long weekend, they informed that the motor was dead and a different car would need to be found. It was at this point that the dealership stopped returning my calls nor would they take my calls when trying to reach them. I finally had to go in, voluntarily return the loaner car and demand my deposit back. Getting the depsoit back was its own hassle. Although I cannot recommend Mr Ed to anyone, Chris Linder helped me today and he seemed mostly upfront and honest. Not something I saw from any other Mr Ed employees. More

Pretty easy and no pressure. We owned a 2008 Hyundai Accent 2 door. We wanted to upgrade to a new 4-door Accent because we liked the vehicle very much. It was extremely dependable so we were hoping the 2016 model was at the least - as good. It was better! The engine is more powerful - the vehicle rides 'larger' and has many upgrades from our 2008. We are happy repeat buyers of Hyundai products. Our salesman was very nice and informative. He appeared to me to take every possible action to give us what we thought was the valuation we knew our 2008 was worth. We appreciated his time. More
Honda to Hyundai My wife and I have owned Honda Accords for the past 15 years. It was time to trade the older one in so we looked at the Honda dealership first. My son owns a Hyundai and said we should look at the new Sonatas as he has been happy with his. Because of our working schedules, I went over on my lunch hour and checked out the new Hybrids. My wife met with Paulo Pena after work and she test drove a few cars as well. Paulo Pena is one of the most knowledgeable salesman we have ever dealt with. He knew every feature on the cars we looked at and even got in the trunk to show us how much space was available! All the pricing was straight forward and we are now the owners of a new Hyundai Sonata Hybird. My wife loves the car. Thanks to Paulo the buying experience was quick and painless. He has followed up to make sure we understand how to use all of the features and answer any questions. It's up to Hyundai now to live up to our expectations with the performance and warranty!
