Last weekend I decided to trade again and dropped in the dealership and met Paulo Telles. Paulo showed me the car I was interested in, took me for a test drive and we negotiated a great deal that I had no remorse over. There was no pressure, all of my questions were answered and the follow up from him and the dealership has been excellent. I'll head back when it's time to trade again. Best of all, I left that day with a new friend. Paulo is very personable and professional and I felt like I had spent the afternoon with my best buddy. Ask for him. He will take great care of you. When stopping by the Earnhardt dealership we had a very friendly and helpful sales person Chris Dixon. I spoke to Chris through the week for additional information that he was happy to provide me. With other dealerships it was like pulling teeth to get the additional information I needed to finalize our decision. I went back to Earnhardt to make our purchase and Chris did not hesitate in assisting me to get the deal we discussed over the phone. This was by far the Best car buying experience we have ever had.
