Since it was hot outside, he offered me a bottle of cold water on the way out. A real gentleman! I really like the one-page, color-coded sheet that provides a summary of the results of car items inspected. It is very useful and visually easy to follow. Great service BUT contacting service department via telephone frustrating. Receptionist says someone will call you back “by 6 pm” that day. Just recently graduated and the first time ever buying a new car with the help of some family members who were all Toyota and Honda owners. Not even before we walked into the building, we were met with a st new car with the help of some family members who were all Toyota and Honda owners. Not even before we walked into the building, we were met with a staff member named Syed who mainly helped us through the process of buying a new Hyundai 2022 Sonata SEL Hybird that was on the way to the dealership. To save time, I'll just list some of the positive things we encountered as there's pretty much nothing negative that I've encountered during my time there. - Very friendly: Syed, Julian, Isiah, the man at the souvenir shop, and everyone were extremely friendly, kind, and considerate towards us. They didn't treat us like trash or a walking bag of cash. But rather as human-being since they emphasized to us that they wanted to build a relationship with the customer at Earnhardt. Even though my family members had been pushy and demanding at times when it came to the finances, the staffs were still patience, kind, and double-checking things they didn't know. Little to no pressure whatsoever. - Legal: They're careful about how they do things and made sure things went correctly and without repercussions for both us and them. My mother was even surprised at this process since she didn't experience this kind of level at the Tempe Honda Autoplex when she got her car at Honda. The staff at Earnhardt spoke slowly and kindly to her, and even made the effort to lower the price down on the car. Which I truly and greatly appreciate. - Commission: Everyone at the dealership get a portion of the money when they make a sale on a car, so there's no worry about someone trying to undermine someone else at the dealership. Or having to wait on that one specific person. - Communication: After I got my car, they stayed in contact with us, called us, and made sure things were going smoothly, while proving practical help, such as doing a phone call test through the car to see if we got it, video tutorials/information on the features the car had. And of course, actual email communication that doesn't include advertisements (That's more and quicker than my university ever did!) Again my first time ever purchasing a car and I'm glad it was a good experience. I hope in the distant future when I have finances, I'll come back again if Hyundai has any vehicles I like. More
