On March 22 2022 i used chat Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale with Leandra C which i have transcript regarding warranty of my 2018 hyundai Tuscon and i gave my email and phone number have not received a call or email after nine days. I also email Jason Coburn service advisor asking regarding my warranty same question and to this day have not got a call or email. I am not sure if anyone wants to call me or email.

Today April 1 2022 Jason Coburn called explained why was recovering and asked what happened and explained what happened since i was there March 22 2022 with Ben and when came on March 3 2022 with Nazy. I appreciate the call from Jason and answered my question about the warranty,

I put my first review on March 22 2022 and no one called me or emailed me and i get call from Jason who is the only responded you send nothing about other review prior to this and for me to get response from Jason but one called me before that when i used the chat after nine days. You have banners on dealership.
