THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. CAR WAS. NOT READY WHEN WE CAME FROM CONNECTICUT. WE WERE THERE FOR OVER 4 HOURS. I WAS TOLD CAR WAS BEING DETAILED BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT. IT D CAR WAS. NOT READY WHEN WE CAME FROM CONNECTICUT. WE WERE THERE FOR OVER 4 HOURS. I WAS TOLD CAR WAS BEING DETAILED BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT. IT DIDNT HAVE GAS SO THEN THEY NEEDED TO DO THAT. BEING THERE THAT LONG I WAS NEVER EVEN OFFERED WATER OR COFFEE. THERE WAS A DENT IN THE FRONT BUMPER. WAS NEVER TOLD AND IT WASNT ON THE CARFAX. THE CAR DIDNT COME WITH A MANUAL OR THE TOOLS TO TAKE OFF THE TOPS AND NO ONE WENT OVER THE VEHICLE OPERATIONS WITH ME. I BELIEVE I AM OWED A NEW BUMPER OR A REPAIR AS WELL AS A DETAILING OF THE CAR!!!!! More

They are great , Ashley , the sales person always made sure i got what I wanted , she called me throughout the day to make sure I was coming and answered all my calls when I called the many time i did ask sure i got what I wanted , she called me throughout the day to make sure I was coming and answered all my calls when I called the many time i did asking a lot of questions I had before going in , she made me feel comstarable to come in , and when I was there she made me feel at home , her manager was the best as well , he went out of his way to get me what I wanted at the exact price I wanted , it was my second experience buying a car but it was the best one i could ever have , it makes me feel like purchasing another car just to be able to see them and feel that experience with them again , my mother who is hard to convince , even she was always smiling and happy to be there , it was amazing , Ashley and her manager are the best More
