Representative was great have no complaints, if the ratings was only regarding Hey service it would have been a five star hence down.BUT!!! which ever tech that I got assigned to was horrible, Requeste ratings was only regarding Hey service it would have been a five star hence down.BUT!!! which ever tech that I got assigned to was horrible, Requested a windshield wipers replacement, which We’re not clipped on correctly .Tire rotation was not done Even though I payed for the service so I could just imagine the effort that went into the oil change.
