Representative was great have no complaints, if the ratings was only regarding Hey service it would have been a five star hence down.BUT!!! which ever tech that I got assigned to was horrible, Requeste ratings was only regarding Hey service it would have been a five star hence down.BUT!!! which ever tech that I got assigned to was horrible, Requested a windshield wipers replacement, which We’re not clipped on correctly .Tire rotation was not done Even though I payed for the service so I could just imagine the effort that went into the oil change. Very unprofessional, the sales person that sold me the car scuffed the rim against the side walk on the way out to get the vehicle inspected. I spoke to her (ALEX) and she said she will take care of it th car scuffed the rim against the side walk on the way out to get the vehicle inspected. I spoke to her (ALEX) and she said she will take care of it that she will keep me updated to when it will be fixed. its been since December 25th and still haven't get any updates. Nothing has been fixed. More
