My car was towed to Eastchester Chrysler Dodge Jeep on Thursday and I called on Friday to see what was happening with the car and i did not get a response. I am informing you that I will not be paying again for a repair that was suppose to have been done the first time. I don't have money like that. So that young man that should have done his job from the start is not a reliable person. I have not had a problem before when i brought my car in for repairs. I can't afford a to buy a another car so i need my car fixed and fixed right. It needs to be in a timely manner because I am just as important as the other person especially when I am paying a lit of money that i don't really have.
