The sales department needs a lot of work, would not return to buy another car from this dealership as the my sales associate was unprofessional as was the sales manger Lemar. Was told by Lemar that ca return to buy another car from this dealership as the my sales associate was unprofessional as was the sales manger Lemar. Was told by Lemar that car was ready to go. Got to the dealership and waited an additional 2 hours for DMV to clear, when they just could have told me to wait to come in. Also found 3 defects in the car, if the service manager checked over the whole car, how were there holes in the floor mats, an entire row of lights out in the back and 3 nails in the tire?? On the upside the service team is AMAZING! Mr. Day and Melissa made what started as a horrible experince with the sales team, a much more pleasant experince. What the sales team couldn't get done in a week took the service team a few hours to correct. HUGE shout out to the service department and thank you! As for the sales team, don't be so quick to make a sale, make sure you are on point and telling the truth BEFORE you sell someone a car. More
