I wanted him to give me a price for rotors and breaks. The price was 1750.00. I told him that was too much. That’s when he told me to just pay for the dialysis fee which was 160.00. I wanted to speak with the manager, he told me I had to wait til Monday because he’s not in today. It’s no way rotors and breaks cost that much even with labor. More

long wait, not detail orientated & disregarded my budget I waited over 7 hours, nobody showed me how my vehicle features were beneficial, they didn’t tell me my monthly payment until after I signed the 1 st I waited over 7 hours, nobody showed me how my vehicle features were beneficial, they didn’t tell me my monthly payment until after I signed the 1 st paper. It was way over my budget & I wasn’t offered a test drive. I was also returning a lease & the Managers & salesmen we’re confused about the return policy after I was told I can return it then they said no then it was yes & I had to call a friend to help drive one of the vehicles off the lot. I was extremely disappointed & frustrated. No lunch or beverage was offered during this whole time & I left with a 40,000 Jeep. More
Wonderful and friendly I was greeted the moment I drove on the lot and treated like I was a long lost friend they were thrilled to see return. Next Vinny greeted me inside. He answered all my questions about my new car even the stupid ones like how do I open the hood with cheerfulness and patience. Then I went up to the waiting room and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. Everything was clean and bright. After a short wait, Frank replace the part. Then Vinny called me over the speaker with his cheer voice and I got my car back. He held the door for me as I got in to leave and let me know he was here to help me with anything I need for my new car. I was in at 9 and out by 12. Wonderful Service Dept.!!!!! More
