Dealership from xxxx There’s only one reason I come to this dealership and that’s because I purchased a warranty for my car with them... which now is causing me a headache There’s only one reason I come to this dealership and that’s because I purchased a warranty for my car with them... which now is causing me a headache trying to use. Mr. Day is the most pleasant person there followed by Maggie. It takes quite long to get a call in regards to your vehicle and I have to stalk them for updates. Dropped my car last week Thursday and I am STILL waiting to get my car back - it’s kind of ridiculous. It regret purchasing my vehicle here, plus purchasing a extended warranty for it because it’s just about worthless. The salesmen are pretty much all money hungry and don’t care about the customers & the service department needs a xxxx of a lot more training on customer service and just being decent people. Purchased a vehicle in September 2017 from there and June 2018 the car kept shutting off on me while I was on the highway with my 8 month old son. I shouldn’t be having these problems and it shouldn’t be taking so long to fix it. I will never purchase a vehicle here again and when my warranty runs out, I’ll never come back to this service department. More

very clean, smooth and very comfortable I left Jeep Ramsey, made feel very uncomfortable the last time I went there for a complimentary oil change. I felt the service guy was trying to rob m I left Jeep Ramsey, made feel very uncomfortable the last time I went there for a complimentary oil change. I felt the service guy was trying to rob me while I was there wide awake. From a oil change was trying to get me to paid for Tire Realignment costing me almost $800.00 dollars told him I'm here for a comp. reg oil change brung the price down to $500.00 told him I felt that my car doesn't need it. ! the car is NEW, Don't go climbing on mountains with it, doesn't cross any river terrain and doesn't go lean to the left or right drives very straight, so that scared me away from JEEP RAMSEY. NEVER AGAIN. Kayla at Eastchester was very helpful and Professional about why I was there for Service on my Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. More
