I’ve been with BMW for the last 10 plus years and I can say I was impressed with my visit today at dodge! I met the tech who was working on my truck, his name was Sal and was beyond courteous and knowledgeable about the job and put me at ease that it would be a smooth ride. All in all I was very satisfied! Thank you Kayla and Sal, before I forget they’re was a gentleman outside greeting customers as they came in wishing them a good morning etc that was a first I’ve ever seen at any dealership and a very nice touch. More
