I came to Eastchester on three to four days because of wrong information given to me. Then I felt worst speaking with the new manager. For me to be a value costumer he had no regards for my feeling he was heartless. Check the record and you would see I get all my service done there and I brought all my vehicles there. The only reason why I kept coming back is because of Mr. Day. More

Garbage Service is lousy drove the car for a 8 AM apt. Got there at 7 30 AM left the keys made the appt. Two days in advance. Horrific! Maggie was professional and courteous. I have worked with Rolando Vargas and he is unprofessional and deceitful. He lied to me about the status of the Maggie was professional and courteous. I have worked with Rolando Vargas and he is unprofessional and deceitful. He lied to me about the status of the JEEP that I purchased. I have had to make numerous trips to the dealership to have repairs done. Initially, I was lied to several times by the service dept about the condition of my vehicle and given a horrific deal by the finance dept who conducted a bait and switch of the vehicle. I realize they have tried to clean the place up, unfortunately, I am stuck with a lemon due to lies from the previous team. So, I have nothing good to say about Eastchester. I would not recommend this place to my enemies! More
