I brought my 2015 durango in because the engine was making a ticking noise. The dealer did a great job fixing my car and I got my gas tank fixed while I was there. Kayla had stayed she would give me a call before 1pm regarding picking up my vehicle. I called around 12 for an update and I was told she would called me back in 5 mins. I called back at 1245 and she st regarding picking up my vehicle. I called around 12 for an update and I was told she would called me back in 5 mins. I called back at 1245 and she stated that the TECH was on lunch until 230 and that I would just have to wait. When dropping my vehicle off I informed them that my car was not starting, the 4WD was deactivated, the engine was back firing among other issues. I also informed her that I had work at 230 so I would either need a loaner or pick up by 1pm and I was assured it would be ready. The overall experience was rude. And when I inquired about a loaner I was told there was none left until I asked to speak with a supervisor in which they magically appeared. Rob was able to assist me when I arrived and assure me the car was ready. He went and spoke with the TECH who was there so I could get my car and he on my way to work. I’m a NYPD cop so I cannot just call in or not show up. I was dissatisfied with the exPERIENCE and with the issues I am Having with JEEP. Once my lease is up I am going to be looking to take my business elsewhere. More
