Talk about a fantastic experience? Echo Park Thornton really delivered and stood by their word during the entire sales process. I had an experience right after I got my car that was al Echo Park Thornton really delivered and stood by their word during the entire sales process. I had an experience right after I got my car that was alarming... I spoke to Richard, and man... What a pro... He was the voice of reason. I was more then impressed with their willingness to do anything and everything to make the situation correct... Turns out they were right. I needed a calm person to help me walk through everything, and Richard and his team were those people. Buying a car is always stressful, Echo Park Thornton is a place you go to buy a car and not feel stressed. If I could give them a 6 out 5 stars I would.
