Unfavorable, they agreed to one thing but that didn’t happen. We are requesting a refund. They cashed the check and then told us they weren’t keeping their word. Very disappointed More

We were contacted by the general manager of Ed Martin Nissan regarding our experience with them over a car purchase. I called back to determine whether the sale could possibly be resurrected. The GM, Mike, graciously apologized for the situation that had occurred and offered to remedy what had gone awry. We spoke frankly regarding my concerns and I believed him a man of his word. I spoke with my wife and decided to proceed with the sale since resolution of the issues had been reached. Honda service took very good care of the car and myself. The car was ready within 24 hours and they even worked in an additional request to cut a spare key to my father-in-law's Pilot into the pick-up time. I am very favorably impressed with Mike and Steve, the Honda service gentleman who helped. I can definitely recommend Ed Martin Honda-Nissan as a reputable firm with which to do business. Jim Hage
