My car was brought in for a nail in the tire. Luis told me it would have to stay over night and they peter would call me in the morning. I received no phone call. I called at 1 and was sent to the voicemail of Alice. Received no call back. I called again at 430 and AJ told me my car was ready. When I showed up, my car was not ready and no one even knew it was there. They found my paperwork after I showed up. The guy that fixed the car was awesome and helped quickly but the communication was poor on all parts. More
