Purchased “blue certified” vehicle 01-2023 which states if anything went wrong with vehicle within 90 days Elder Ford would fix it for no charge. A few weeks later engine lights turns on, bring it to elde if anything went wrong with vehicle within 90 days Elder Ford would fix it for no charge. A few weeks later engine lights turns on, bring it to elder ford and they state don’t have right equipment to fix the vehicle. They then proceeded to refer me to Nissan dealership and the elder ford service rep stated that he verified the blue certified warranty and the service would be covered. That was false I had to pay $400 for a vehicle I just purchased and was under “warranty”. A couple weeks pass by after and again another engine light code and again bring it to elder ford and they stated they can’t repair it and refer to Nissan where again service was not covered by blue certified warranty and had to pay $500 for the repair. It’s May and now another engine light comes on and now awaiting how much that would cost me. I’m summary Elder Ford deceived me with the peace of mind “blue certified” vehicle when in reality they sold me a lemon. Additionally I purchased a maintenance package with Elder Ford which I regret because I will never step foot again in that shady dealership again. Called their general manager Dan and he refuses to call me back. I am requesting a refund on unused maintenance package services. That is the least you can do for me. More
