Aside from the finance manager, my experience was absolutely awful. One of the used car managers acted as if I owed him my first born child because he came up 3 k on my trade when their add claimed absolutely awful. One of the used car managers acted as if I owed him my first born child because he came up 3 k on my trade when their add claimed they would give up to 5k above bluebook value, he was still offering 5k less than bluebook. I will not return. After the salesman knew I was buying the truck, we saw him maybe a total of 5 min afterwards. I understand that he had 2 customers, but he knew he didn't have to work to get me to buy anymore. I buy a lot of cars, and this was by far the worst! More

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I was between a 4 and 5 star but they bothered me enough that I decided to leave one. Everything about the buying experience was fantastic except for the final up-se 4 and 5 star but they bothered me enough that I decided to leave one. Everything about the buying experience was fantastic except for the final up-selling process with the finance person. I purchased my vehicle cash, something dealerships used to prefer, and he took his time explaining the benefits of financing several times and after declining several times he insinuated I wasn't very smart when it came to finances (what I majored in). Then, when up-selling all the packages he again insulted me and said I was just being stubborn. Despite this everything else went fantastic and I love my vehicle. But there’s no 4.5 star so I’ve gone with a 4 star. More
