They took the vehicle back after having been caught in a dishonest attempt to cover up known issues, stating that if diagnostic codes are not safety issues, they will not reveal them. They refused to cover the expense of correcting the problem that was revealed prior to me leaving their parking lot with the purchased vehicle stating it was “As is”, although I was still willing to keep the vehicle if they corrected the issue. They chose to refund the money and not make the deal for a few bucks. Liars, cheaters and thieves! More

Hello, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent call with the finance manager. During the conversation, I felt somewhat pressured to purchase GAP insurance and a warranty. I explained that GAP coverage is already included in my car insurance, so it was not something I needed. I was also told that purchasing the warranty would increase my car note and that the information was being shared so I could make an “educated decision.” I found that comment concerning, as it implied my initial decision was not informed. I value respectful communication and would appreciate interactions that acknowledge and respect the decisions I’ve already made regarding my purchase. More
