My experience with Elder Ford was mixed, and ultimately the transaction left me with serious concerns about transparency and the overall process, especially when purchasing a vehicle online. The vehicle the transaction left me with serious concerns about transparency and the overall process, especially when purchasing a vehicle online. The vehicle was advertised with photos showing no visible damage, but upon delivery I discovered roof damage, rear passenger-door damage, and liftgate issues. There was also a 1,069-mile discrepancy between the mileage disclosed in my purchase documents and the mileage on delivery. I was told the additional mileage resulted from a previous customer purchasing the vehicle and later changing their mind. What concerned me most was seeing the vehicle placed back on the market while it was still in my possession and before the newly discovered damage had even been evaluated. That raised legitimate questions for me about the dealership’s inspection and disclosure practices. I also want to acknowledge Cheyenne in Customer Relations, who was professional and helpful once she was made aware of my concerns. My experience with Mitchell was less positive initially. I felt his communication was dismissive, and he was quick to tell me to simply return the vehicle rather than making an effort to work through my concerns. I ultimately had to escalate the matter before I felt my concerns received the attention they deserved. Ultimately, my concern is bigger than the condition of one vehicle. I believe customers deserve complete transparency regarding a vehicle’s condition and mileage before taking delivery. Unfortunately, because Elder Ford was unwilling to reach a resolution or compromise that addressed my concerns, the vehicle was ultimately returned. I appreciate Cheyenne’s efforts, but overall, the transaction left me questioning Elder Ford’s disclosure and customer-service practices. More

Both the sales department and the service department LET ME DOWN. 1ST) The sales department misled me. When I bought the truck, I wanted an extended warranty that covered everything bumper to bumper for 6 years. It’s what I was sold. Only to find out nothing was covered after 3 years… I got nothing for my extended warranty premium. 2ND) Service department: For a recall service, they forgot to reattach my antenna.. Isn’t there a check list or buddy system to check everything before the vehicle is returned to the customer? More
