I have been a customer of Elder ford for years; everything from purchasing cars, body work, mechanical issues, warranty work, and routine service. They always treat me with courtesy and respect. My everything from purchasing cars, body work, mechanical issues, warranty work, and routine service. They always treat me with courtesy and respect. My recent visit on 1/14/25 was for warranty service. My service advisor was Michael Tafur. Michael was amazing. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, got me a loaner while my car was being repaired, and took the initiative to assist me with another issue regarding the missing VIN sticker. If you need service on your vehicle, whether it is body work, major repairs, or a simple oil change, Elder Ford is the place to go. In the service department, make sure you ask for Michael Tafur. He will treat you right! I give him five stars! More

There must not be a Service Manager or he doesn’t leave his office. When I arrived I waited outside my car for 15 min while three guys stood around talking, finally, I went over to get help. While inside a his office. When I arrived I waited outside my car for 15 min while three guys stood around talking, finally, I went over to get help. While inside again I waited around while Nicole was not present and not one other service tech offered help just chatted amongst themselves. I brought my Explorer in three weeks ago for AC repaired for $1,500. that lasted a few days. I then brought it back on a Thursday and did not hear one word until the following Tuesday causing me to miss work. Calls to the service dept were routed to various voice mails. Result of these five days was another leak discovered. when the first one was fixed, the tech did not wait for it to pressurize. Result was another $2,500. to fix. That’s $4,000. on a car I was going to trade into Elder for a new one. A wasted $1,500. Why would I trust the sales dept to be any different from the service dept? Would I be just as ignored? Is the sales manager just as invisible as the service manager? I have had either F150 or Explorer as I believe they are the best Ford makes and best in class, but I prefer to purchase it from a reputable dealer. I have done business with Brandon Ford in the past and will probably return. All the best More
