This was the easiest experience of buying a car I have ever had. Mike Carlson was on point with his knowledge and he has a fun personality too. I am a stickler for professionalism and timeliness so I appreciate the whole process took less than 2 hours which included two test drives, a credit check and then getting on my way home. I will not buy something unless Consumer Reports recommends it and I do more research than my wife thinks I should when I invest our money into something like a new car. Elk Grove Subaru beat the price I thought I could get by $1,500 and they beat everyone else in Sacramento too. I feel my wife and I were respected and appreciated, which for me is huge.
