I am a stickler for professionalism and timeliness so I appreciate the whole process took less than 2 hours which included two test drives, a credit check and then getting on my way home. I will not buy something unless Consumer Reports recommends it and I do more research than my wife thinks I should when I invest our money into something like a new car.
