Inept Service department My wife's car had a loose negative terminal clamp on her battery. I showed it to one person in service. Another service person came over several minut My wife's car had a loose negative terminal clamp on her battery. I showed it to one person in service. Another service person came over several minutes later. He started fiddling with the clamp on the positive terminal. I showed him the problem with the negative terminal clamp. He told me that I would have to take the car across the street and have a new cable installed. I showed him the the clamp was just bolted onto the cable and the cable didn't need to be replaced. He said he would have to check and left. When he returned, he said that I was right and they took it in for servicing. When I picked up my car, another service rep had a printed inspection check list that showed 2 of my wife's motor mounts had FAILED. My wife has almost always taken her car to other Toyota dealers for oil changes, etc. and had service done less than 2 months ago at another Toyota dealer. They didn't find motor mount failures at that time. I then took her car to a certified mechanic who inspected al the motor mounts and said they were still good and only worn. I have been working on my own cars for over 55 years. I will not use this dealer again. More

Facility was new, clean and nice. Service was quick and employees were friendly and knowledge. Only two minor complaints; I made my service appointment online and was assigned Primal Kumar as my service employees were friendly and knowledge. Only two minor complaints; I made my service appointment online and was assigned Primal Kumar as my service technician. When I arrived, I asked for Primal and was told it was his day off. Why would I be assigned a tech who isnt working that day? Also, all my emails and texts gave me the dealership address for my service work. The website and correspondence should be updated to provide the new service shop address. More
