Our Prius had a leak and the floor board was all wet, I thought the heater core was shot. They quickly identified the problem! Clogged drains in the cowl. toyota had a recall on the airbags again. This is my second time getting it replaced for free, as it should be. I also had my oil changed the same day. I told him I wanted synthetic oil twice just to ma second time getting it replaced for free, as it should be. I also had my oil changed the same day. I told him I wanted synthetic oil twice just to make sure he heard me. He responded “yes” assuring my request. Later to come back and find they gave me conventional oil instead and the guy I talked to told me he didn’t hear me asking for synthetic oil. I’m a forgiving guy as long it doesn’t screw my engine or seals. Later I talked to the maintenance rep over the phone telling me going from synthetic to conventional oil won’t cause any issues. More
