47 minutes wait time in vehicle before any offered help! It took 47 minutes and me getting out of my vehicle before anyone came to get my service started. Horrible Express Service I’ve taken my vehicles to Elk Grove Toyota a few times only to remind me of why not to come here again. They lied about the wait time.
